These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickGo mobile application and website ("Platform") operated by QuickGo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("QuickGo", "we", "our"). By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. USER ELIGIBILITY

• By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You agree to notify QuickGo immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. SERVICE SCOPE

• QuickGo is a digital marketplace connecting consumers with independent professionals for service bookings.
• QuickGo does not employ professionals and is not responsible for the quality of services delivered by them.

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

• All bookings must be made through the platform and paid using the integrated payment gateway.
• Prices, taxes, and service availability are determined by individual professionals.
• Payment confirms acceptance of cancellation and refund terms.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• Consumer-initiated cancellations are subject to time-based refund policies.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund.
• If a professional fails to deliver or cancels, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. CONDUCT AND SAFETY

• You must treat professionals respectfully and not engage in harassment, abuse, or misconduct.
• You may not use the platform to request unlawful, dangerous, or inappropriate services.

7. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

• You may leave reviews after service completion. All feedback must be truthful and constructive.
• Malicious or false reviews may result in account suspension.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the QuickGo platform is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce or redistribute content without authorization.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

• QuickGo may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Users may delete their account at any time by contacting support.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• QuickGo is not liable for losses resulting from poor service quality, delays, or misconduct by professionals.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed booking.

11. MODIFICATIONS

• We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in New Delhi, India.
