Professionals Cancellation & Refund Policies

1. Cancellation Policy for Professionals
Professionals registered on QuickGo are expected to adhere to a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction and platform credibility. Below are the guidelines for cancellations initiated by professionals:
1.1 Professional-Initiated Cancellations
- If a professional cancels a confirmed booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, no penalty will be applied, and the customer will receive a full refund.
- If a professional cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the customer will receive a full refund, and the professional may be subject to penalties as follows:
- First Cancellation: Warning issued.
- Second Cancellation: 10% of the service fee is deducted from the professional’s earnings.
- Third Cancellation & Beyond: 20% of the service fee is deducted, and repeated violations may lead to suspension or account termination.
- In case of frequent last-minute cancellations (3 or more in a month), QuickGo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable the professional’s account.
1.2 Emergency Cancellations
If a professional needs to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, accident, or other verifiable reasons), they must contact QuickGo support with valid documentation. If approved, no penalties will be applied, and the customer will receive a full refund.
2. Refund Policy for Customers Due to Professional Cancellation
- If a professional cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a 100% refund to their original payment method or QuickGo wallet.
- If QuickGo finds that a professional is repeatedly canceling bookings, affected customers may receive additional compensation(e.g., discount vouchers for future services). Additional compensation will be charged to the individual professional, based on their cancellations.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows by Professionals
- If a professional does not show up for a booked service without prior cancellation, they will be marked as a "No-Show."
- Penalties for No-Show:
- First No-Show: 20% of service fee deducted.
- Second No-Show: 50% of service fee deducted and account review.
- Third No-Show: Account suspension or termination
- Customers affected by a no-show will receive a full refund and may receive additional compensation based on QuickGo’s discretion. Additional compensation will be charged to the individual professional based on their cancellations.
4. Refund Policy for Professionals
If a customer cancels a booking, refunds to professionals will be based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellation by Customer More Than 24 Hours Before Service: No compensation to the professional; the customer gets a full refund.
- Cancellation by Customer Within 24 Hours of Service: The professional will receive 50% of the service fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Customer No-Show: The professional will receive 100% of the service fee after QuickGo verifies the no-show.
- All eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding cancellations, refunds, or penalties, professionals can contact QuickGo support. QuickGo will review the case based on logs, customer feedback, and other evidence to provide a fair resolution.

By registering and offering services on QuickGo Professional, professionals agree to abide by these cancellation and refund policies. QuickGo reserves the right to amend these policies at any time to improve platform fairness and efficiency.
