1. Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be prepaid through QuickGo’s secure payment gateway.
  • Service pricing is determined by the professional and displayed at booking.
  • Applicable taxes are included in the final price.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund if the professional cancels or is a no-show.
  • 50% refund if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • No refund for no-shows by the customer.

3. Service Satisfaction

  • If dissatisfied, a refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of service.
  • QuickGo may require evidence or customer feedback for review.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. Additional Compensation

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., professional misconduct), QuickGo may issue service credits or vouchers.

6. Dispute Resolution
