• Legal professionals on QuickGo are not advertised or promoted.
• Listings are intended only to facilitate discovery and appointment scheduling by users
• No advertisements, promotional messages, discounts, or comparative rankings are permitted for legal professionals.

4. Ratings & Reviews

QuickGo does not display public ratings or reviews for legal professionals. We acknowledge that public client testimonials may violate Rule 36 of the BCI Rules.

Any internal feedback collected is used only to maintain quality standards and service verification.

5. No Promotions or Sponsored Listings

Legal professionals cannot be featured, promoted, or ranked via paid placements, search boost, or top listings on QuickGo.

We do not offer any ads, discounts, loyalty offers, or promotional slots to lawyers.

6. Platform’s Role

QuickGo is a neutral, technology-driven marketplace platform. We do not offer legal services and do not represent any legal professional.

We do not interfere with pricing, service quality, or legal advice. All engagements are strictly between the professional and the client.

7. Verification Process

Every legal professional is required to:

• Upload their Bar Council Registration Certificate
• Self-certify their adherence to BCI's ethical and professional standards
• Consent to listing their profile in a non-promotional format

Only after completing these steps are profiles made live.

8. Compliance and Reporting

If any legal professional is found using the platform in violation of BCI Rules (e.g., advertising or soliciting clients), QuickGo reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or remove the profile
• Report such activity to the appropriate regulatory body, if required
