1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using QuickGo Professional ("QuickGo", "the Platform," "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and QuickGo.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

QuickGo is a digital marketplace that connects users with independent professionals including freelancers, consultants, skilled tradespeople, and experts across industries. QuickGo provides the platform for listing, discovery, booking, payment facilitation, and review of services, but does not provide the professional services itself.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not be suspended or barred from accessing the Platform by QuickGo for prior violations.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify QuickGo of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or services.
• Impersonation of any person or entity.
• Fraudulent bookings, reviews, or payment activity.
• Circumvention of fees or platform mechanisms.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or engaging in cyberattacks.
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users or professionals.
• Transmit information that infringes the rights of others or is abusive, spam, pornographic, violent, racist, discriminatory, offensive, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Provide sexual services or other services that violate Indian law.
• Exploit child labour or otherwise place children in a situation that violates Indian law.

QuickGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior, without notice.

6. PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the timely fulfillment of services, and lawful conduct. QuickGo does not verify all claims made by professionals and is not liable for the quality, completeness, or safety of services delivered.

Users are responsible for evaluating and engaging professionals at their own discretion and risk.

7. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

Payments on QuickGo are facilitated through third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information. QuickGo may charge a platform fee, commission, or service fee as disclosed.

Refunds may be issued in accordance with the cancellation/refund policy of the professional engaged. QuickGo does not guarantee any refund unless specified in writing. In case of disputes, QuickGo may assist in resolution, but is not obligated to provide financial compensation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, branding, software, features, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of QuickGo or its licensors and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any material without prior written consent.

9. RATINGS, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

Users may submit reviews and ratings post-engagement. You agree to provide only honest, accurate, and non-defamatory feedback. QuickGo reserves the right to remove any content it deems false, abusive, or misleading.

10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QuickGo provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

QuickGo is not liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from service failures, delays, or negligence of professionals.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Unauthorized access to your data.
• Disputes between users and professionals.

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickGo harmless from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

11. TERMINATION

QuickGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

QuickGo is a digital platform that enables Users to discover, connect, and transact with independent professionals and service providers across various categories. QuickGo does not directly provide any of the services listed on the platform. All such services are delivered by third-party professionals who operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of QuickGo.

3. ROLE AS AN INTERMEDIARY

QuickGo acts solely as a facilitator by:

• Enabling Users to browse service listings, schedule appointments, and interact with professionals;
• Providing tools for communication and review;
• Accepting payments from Customers on behalf of Professionals;
• Releasing payments to Professionals after confirmation of service completion by the Customer.

The processing of payments through QuickGo does not imply responsibility or control over the service provided. It is solely a facilitation mechanism for convenience and transaction flow.

4. No Warranty or Guarantee

QuickGo does not guarantee or warrant:

• The accuracy, quality, or outcome of any service;
• The availability, suitability, legality, or professional conduct of any listed provider;
• The timely delivery or satisfaction of any service booked via the platform.

All Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any service provider. QuickGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the services provided through it.

5. Relationship Between Parties

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between QuickGo and any User or Professional. Each party operates independently and assumes full responsibility for their actions and interactions.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickGo platform, you agree to this Disclaimer as part of our broader Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with this disclaimer, you must not use the platform.
