Welcome to QuickGo! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QuickGo platform as a professional service provider. By registering and using QuickGo Professional, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience for consumers and fellow professionals.

1. Service Standards & Quality Assurance

  • You must provide services that match the description, pricing, and expertise you have listed on QuickGo.
  • Any misrepresentation of skills, experience, or services is strictly prohibited.
  • Maintain professional behavior in all interactions with consumers.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated promptly and reasonably.
  • It is prohibited to offer sexually oriented services, without any exceptions, on the QuickGo platform.
  • It is forbidden to provide services that are based on child labor and/or abuse of children or young people.
  • All services provided must be within the regulations of Indian law.

2. Consumer Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution

  • You should aim to provide high-quality service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • In case of a dispute, QuickGo will facilitate resolution in a fair manner.
  • Refunds or compensation to consumers will be handled based on predefined refund and cancellation policies. Please refer to the official Refund & Payment Policy for Professionals for complete terms and procedures

3. Payment & Commission Policies

  • QuickGo collects payments on your behalf and disburses them based on the agreed payout schedule.
  • A commission or platform fee will be deducted before the final payout. Commission and payout rules are detailed in the Refund & Payment Policy for Professionals.
  • Direct payments outside the QuickGo platform are prohibited.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You must maintain a clear cancellation policy (e.g., free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment).
  • If a professional cancels a confirmed appointment, the consumer will receive a full refund, and the professional may face a penalty.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows without valid reasons may result in penalties or lower rankings.
  • Multiple violations could lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

5. Professional Ethics & Code of Conduct

  • You must act with professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • No sexual harassment of customers or other professionals. Nor any other sexual approach or suggestions.
  • You must comply with all local laws and industry regulations relevant to your services.

6. Profile Verification & Authenticity

  • You must complete identity verification (KYC) and provide accurate professional credentials.
  • Creating fake profiles, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent or sexual activities will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Fair Pricing & Transparency

  • You should maintain competitive and transparent pricing.
  • Any additional charges must be clearly disclosed before service confirmation.
  • Hidden fees or unexpected costs are not allowed.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

  • You must not upload or use copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Any images, videos, or descriptions you upload should be original and accurately represent your services.
  • In case of misuse of material that is licensed or copyrighted, this is the professional's responsibility, and QuickGo shall be held harmless for damage and/or liability.

9. Reviews & Ratings Policy

  • Consumers have the right to leave honest feedback regarding your services.
  • You may not manipulate, fabricate, or attempt to unduly influence ratings and reviews.
  • If you receive an unjustified negative review, you may dispute it with QuickGo for review.
  • Professional ratings will be based on consumer reviews, reliability, and service quality, impacting your ranking on the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Compliance

  • QuickGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.
  • A fair warning system will be in place for minor breaches, allowing you to rectify issues.
  • Serious violations, including fraud, harassment, any way sexual orientation, misuse of child labor, or repeated complaints, may lead to permanent account deactivation without prior notice.

11. Amendments & Updates to These Terms

  • QuickGo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary.
  • Professionals will be notified of significant changes before implementation.

By continuing to use QuickGo Professional, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
