5. Customer Responsibilities

- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
- Treat professionals with respect and professionalism.
- Follow platform guidelines and policies.
6. Service Quality and Disputes
- QuickGo does not provide services directly but connects customers with independent professionals.
- If you experience service-related issues, you can contact QuickGo support for dispute resolution.
- Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on actual experiences.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse professionals or other users.
- Engage in sexual conduct or make inappropriate suggestions.
- No sexual harassment of professionals or other users. Nor any other sexual approach or suggestions.
- Interfere with the platform’s operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
- QuickGo is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals.
- We are not liable for damages, losses, or issues arising from services booked through our platform.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle user data.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policies
10.1 Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel bookings based on the cancellation terms set by QuickGo.
- Cancellation requests must be made through the QuickGo platform before the service start time.
- Some services may have a non-refundable cancellation policy; please check before booking.
- Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.
- QuickGo manages all cancellations fairly and in accordance with platform policies.
10.2 Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the service provider’s terms and conditions.
- If a professional cancels a booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
- Refund requests for unsatisfactory service must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.
- QuickGo will mediate disputes but is not responsible for enforcing refunds.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
