Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between QuickGo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("QuickGo", "we", "our", "us", "the Platform") and the registered professional ("Professional", "you", "Partner") upon registration and acceptance of the terms during the onboarding process.

By completing the registration process on QuickGo.pro or via the QuickGo mobile application, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement and accompanying policies, including but not limited to:

• Refund & Payment Policy for Professionals
• Cancellation & Refund Policy for Professionals
• Terms & Conditions for Professionals

1. NATURE OF PARTNERSHIP

• The Professional is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of QuickGo.
• This Agreement allows the Professional to offer services on the QuickGo platform in compliance with applicable laws and platform standards.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF PLATFORM POLICIES

• By registering, the Professional agrees to be bound by all current and future platform policies.
• Breach of platform rules or Indian law may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent delisting.

3. SERVICE QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

• Professionals must provide services as described, with integrity and professionalism.
• Any attempt to mislead, defraud, or exploit customers may result in immediate termination.
• All services must comply with local, state, and national laws, including but not limited to laws against child labour, harassment, and unlicensed practice.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

• Cancellation and refund procedures are governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy for Professionals.
• Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or account termination.

5. REFUND LIABILITY

• In cases of confirmed misconduct, failure to deliver service, or verified no-shows, the Professional accepts liability for refunds and platform-imposed penalties.
• QuickGo may deduct such amounts from pending payouts.

6. PAYMENTS AND COMMISSION

• QuickGo collects payments on behalf of the Professional.
• Payouts are made within the specified time window after deducting platform commission, applicable taxes, and penalties (if any).
• Professionals are solely responsible for their own tax obligations under Indian law.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

• Professionals must refrain from unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive behavior.
• Offering sexual services, harassment, or breaching community standards will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT

• QuickGo reserves the right to suspend, withhold payouts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or any applicable policy.
• Appeals can be made to legal@quickgo.pro within 7 days of termination.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Any business, user, or operational data received through QuickGo must be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery.

10. MODIFICATIONS

• QuickGo may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chandigarh, India

By clicking "I Agree" during registration or continuing to use the platform, the Professional confirms acceptance of this legally binding agreement.
